Returns & Exchanges


We are so happy to have you as a customer and want you to have a fantastic shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

If any items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Note: Orders placed October 15th - January 16th and during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day can be returned or exchanged within 45 days from package delivery date.
