Insider Rewards Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions
Insider Rewards is a loyalty program offered by My Daily Styles. By enrolling in the Insider Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Program terms and conditions. The Program, and these terms and conditions, are governed by the State of Georgia laws without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The Program, and all points and rewards, are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Eligibility
To participate in Insider Rewards, customers must be at least 18 years old. A customer may become a Member (“Member”) by enrolling online at https://www.mydailystyles.com/account/login. To enroll, you must provide a valid email address and your first and last name. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is necessary. Customers who purchase items for resale ARE INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE in the Program.

Communications
Customers who enroll in the Program agree to receive loyalty specific email messages with information about their accounts, as well as other promotional emails and marketing from My Daily Styles. To stop receiving promotional emails from My Daily Styles, you may use the unsubscribe option. If you opt out from promotional and marketing communications, you will receive a Welcome e-mail when you join the program and email communication for Rewards issued to you under the Program. Any personal information provided to the Program will be governed by the privacy policy posted at MyDailyStyles.com

How to Earn Points
Points can be earned on any purchase at MyDailyStyles.com. For each $1 spent on merchandise items purchased while enrolled in the program, the Member will earn 1 point. Points are earned on the net purchase amount after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, and rewards redemptions. Members must provide the email address associated with their loyalty account at the time of purchase to receive points. Points earned for returned merchandise will be deducted from the Member’s account. Points cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated.

Rewards
Once a Member earns 75, 150 or 300 points, a $10, $25, or $50 reward respectively (“Reward”) will be automatically issued, and an email notification of the Reward will be sent to the email address registered with the Member’s account. The Member is responsible for keeping the account contact information current and updated. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect addresses or failure of email to be received. If you do not want to receive emails notifying you of new rewards you have earned, you will need to end your participation in the Program. Rewards do not expire. Rewards can only be used for merchandise items and will be deducted from the transaction total before any other coupons or promotional offers are applied. The value of the Reward is prorated over each of the items purchased. Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. Rewards have no cash value. Each Reward must be used in a single transaction and any residual amount left on that Reward will be forfeited. Any Customer who returns merchandise acquired with a Reward will not receive a new Reward or a cash refund for the Reward value.

No, Insider Rewards is a FREE program designed to help our customers earn rewards faster and easier than ever before.
Who can join Insider Rewards?
Customers 18 years of age or older who are purchasing at www.MyDailyStyles.com are eligible.
Why should I provide my email address to join?
So you can get rewarded! Your email address will identify you so you can earn your points and create an account online to track your points and rewards. We’ll also send rewards via email.
How does My Daily Styles use my information from participation in the Insider Rewards program?

Can I choose not to receive emails?
If you opt out of Insider Rewards emails, we won’t have a way to tell you important things about your Insider Rewards account, like what reward you are receiving this time!

How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at www.MyDailyStyles.com. Points will be awarded based on your net purchase after discounts for rewards or coupons are applied. Points will not be awarded for non-merchandise items i.e., gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax, etc. You also receive points by creating an account, sharing and "liking" our social media pages, referring us to your friends, and if it is your birthday month.
Can I earn points on my international orders?
Yes!
Can I earn points when I used my rewards to pay for my purchase?
No, points are only awarded for net purchases after rewards and coupons used are deducted.

You can use your reward and a coupon in one order, but the rewards will be deducted before any coupon discounts are taken.
Do rewards count towards the spending minimum on my coupon?
No, your merchandise total less your rewards redeemed must be large enough to meet the minimum spend requirement.
Can I use more than one reward for a transaction?
No, you can only use one reward at a time.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can use your rewards on qualifying purchases online at www.MyDailyStyles.com. Rewards cannot be used toward non-merchandise items i.e., gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax.
What happens if the price of the product is less than my reward?
You can still use your reward but any balance is forfeited.

RETURNS AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
When I return my purchase, do I get my reward back?
You may exchange an item of equal or greater value, but if you simply return the item, your reward is forfeited.
When I return my purchase, what happens to the points I earned?
You may exchange an item of equal value and your points will not be affected, but if you simply return the item, any points you earned from your purchase will be deducted from your account.
What happens to my points if I get a price adjustment?
The points earned on the amount being adjusted will be deducted from your points balance.
