Who pays for return shipping?

Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

What if my item was damaged in transit?
If you receive a damaged item, please email My Daily Styles Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll take care of it immediately.
How will I know that My Daily Styles has received my return?
Most returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. We'll send an email to let you know your return has been processed and the amount of your return credit or refund.
Will the item tarnish with time?
All our jewelry is made using only most modern and advanced techniques and materials. We guarantee the high quality of the items. However, all costume jewelry pieces need to be worn with care. In order to keep the items in their original condition, we suggest to minimize their exposure to chemical elements (such as soap, lotions and tap water).
